Kitchen Invaders

Since Hoot was just posting some Easy Living Kitchen goodness, I wanted to post these two goodies. Of course Hoot is on the job, scouting angles for pictures to shoot, etc... and what is ol'Chief doing? Sitting on my sorry ass, waiting for lunch or something I guess! :)

I am sure some may not like these type of shots, since we are sorta 'corrupting' the scene, but getting shots of ourselves in the scenes just added an extra layer of fun to our crazy adventures! And besides, I think we have plenty of shots without us in them to offset me posting the occasional silliness above, enjoy!

Our mother

Chief and I are from the same mother and here she is. She was very good to us growing up and we didn't want for clean jump suits or anything else. Our lunches were packed for school and we met the transport vehicle on time every day. She was loving and caring and we lead our perfect lives until.....................THEY DESTROYED NOVA CITE!

Mom's gone now. Her head rests in a storage container behind Splash Mountain and we know this because we saw it. It's hard for Chief and I but we're working through it. We walk around lake hollingsworth for hours sometimes keeping each other in check.
Dear mother.

More kitchen mess

Here the robot cooks up some eggs. The pan moved back and forth and in turn moved the robot's arm.

Ahhhhhh.......

My sweet Sunnycide:) We were married in 1997 just after this picture was taken.
Oh how I love her.

Fans of Horizons

This fan based phenomenon is the coolest thing we could have hoped for. Your thoughts, comments, fan art, and products are priceless! Your efforts make Horizons LIVE again.

Chief has been busy nailing down the video. You're about to get a flood of it from him so get your Sea Castle life vests on and secured.

May the gods of future living rain down glory on us all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Treat yourself!

This is the real deal, folks! One of our dear readers ordered this up from THE company that supplied Disney/Horizons and this bottle full is yours for the taking. One whiff and you'll float away to the groves of Mesa Verde like a magical lil bird! Your brain will perch on a branch next to a Lorange!

Go get it!

Robo Chef's face and details

It's all about the details, man!
First, it was hard to get his face because his head was spinning.
Second, It's almost 2 O'clock. Since it's dark outside I assume it was 2am which means that this art deco pad was rockin 'til the wee hours!
Third, somebody took the time to make this robot a medal!!!!! More man hours went into this than went into the entire Rockin' Roller coaster!

Bad kitchen picture

This was the only shot I had of the kitchen as of 1997. IF I were sitting here today and this was all I had to look at it would be suicide fuel for sure. Good thing I fell out of my unsafe ride vehicle.
PS- Check out the windows. A nod to Horizon's neighbor "World of Motion"? Could be.

Crystals amaze Hoot

I remember being amazed at all of the detail around me. Here I am caught up in it.

Closer even

MMMM...MMMMM...SWEET!

Here's a good one for Hector who loves the control panels throughout the ride.

On with the Crystal Lab

Here's a closer view of the control panels by request. You can also see the round tube going into granny's foot. Let's get even closer because I love that "Crystal Lab" logo!

Blown away

We'll get back to the pics and stuff tomorrow full force.

Last night Chief, Sunnycide, Charo Valdosta, and I were BLOWN AWAY by "Hadley's Hope" live, at Taste. It was incredible to say the least. The performance and style were second to none.

Just amazing! We were honored to be there:)

Thank you all so much for everything and the shirts ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoot Almost Dies

Here is another shorty but goody! This was the night Hoot almost fell to his death in outerspace. I know Hoot will chime in with more comments and fill in some more details, but I believe his ankle has never been the same since that night. Anyhow, I for one am super glad that all turned out ok that night and my pal indeed did not fall to his death! And I like how we just continue on with our goal that night. :)

And the end of this clip is a very nice shot of the projection mechanism for the "zero-g basketball (or some sort of ball) game". I believe Kyle was asking if we had any pictures of this, and Hoot said 'no, but we have some video', and I am pretty sure this is the shot Hoot was thinking about. Enjoy!
