Even The Robots See It

In honor of us reaching 200 followers, here is a new video! heh

Anyways, in the beginning of this shot you get to see Hoot setting up to record Grove Shot 2. And then you get to see me (well, you dont really get to 'see' me, but you know what I mean) crawling around underneath our favorite spot, the grove, in order to get to the control tower monitors. I think this shot is pretty neat because it gives you a feel for what it was like crawling around under there. And by the end of this video, you should have the control tower dialog memorized! :) Enjoy!

p.s. And for those that might have missed our earlier post on it, here is an easy link to one of the other monitors shot from Hoots camera.

Cool Buses

Here is another clip from the Chief cam. We are behind the Mesa Verde Grove once again, and I film the awesome backdrop painting with its 'Cool Buses', heh! In this one I have the camera light on a bit more, so you get a somewhat better look at the space underneath and behind the grove. Yet you get to hear me bitching again about how the light eats up the rear battery on my camera so fast. I catch Hoot in the act of setting up his camera to capture our first cool 'In The Grove' shot we posted about last year.

Then I get some video of the awesome 'Orange Machine', hehe. And I had seen the name on the side of the thing probably a dozen times or more by this point, you would think I could remember its proper name. :)

Then I get a shot of the Nova Cite backdrop painting and test our spy area that we would use sometimes to look for empty cars. And at the end of me filming that you get to see Hoot setting up his camera to film that same spot, which we posted footage of last year as well. Enjoy!

Grove Control Tower: Monitor 1

So here we are underneath the Grove Control Tower, trying to get shots of the fake monitors. This one was shot by Hoot, and the other two monitors (like this one) were shot by me. I will be posting those soon. Enjoy!

Grove Shot 3

And yet another grove shot. You would think there was futuristic wacky weed growing in that plywood and plaster farmland seeing how much time Hoot and I spent there. Just wait until you see the footage of the two of us crawling around underneath it on our hands and knees just to get to the video monitor projections in the control tower. I would do it all again in a millisecond!! Enjoy!

Grove Shot 2

Here is another grove shot, from a wider angle so you can see pretty much the entire grove. And in this shot you can see two flying harvester projections on the wall. Enjoy!

Grove Shot 1 (Full)

We posted a while back about a couple of videos on YouTube that happened to be from our adventures. Well, here is the full version of that grove shot. It includes Hoot setting up the camera in the beginning, then after 6+ min or so, he comes back and picks up the camera to come find me. I have called this one 'Shot 1' because we have a couple more grove shots like this, but from different angles. Enjoy!

The back

Going around the back, the orange windows gave way to flat stucco walls. This shot shows a strange door that I assume was used to load the set scenes in. I pushed on it but it didn't seem operational anymore.

Groves Part 2

Here are my two shots of the groves. The top one is very similar to Hoots shot, but slightly different so I thought it was still worthy of posting.
