Details- Sub Repair-2010-part one

Happy New Year, folks! We've made it to 2010 without getting spanked:) The holidays are over. I've gained 112 pounds, and drank enough to receive thank you cards from three major breweries.

I'd like to start the year off with some more amazing detail shots in the Sub Repair Bay. We've all done our fair share of Beach Boy Bashing. We've been pretty harsh and now I feel bad. Actually I'm crying.

The Sub Repair Bay was a thing of beauty and a place of many details. Beach Boy had it good with his chicky baby on the big screen, a small computer with sub repair reference (the sub rotated in wireframe) and tons of cool tools!

oooohhh..... Look at her. There aren't enough pictures of her. Did you ever notice she's facing the wrong way in that video? She would have been facing the ride vehicles not her boyfriend! She was talking to......us, men!

The sub repair info on the little monitor is cool but that kid must have had amazing eyesight to see it from where he was sitting. The left side is either on fire or the lights got fruity with my camera.

These cool little props we're on the ledge to the right of the computer. Amazing amazing amazing details in our beloved Horizons.

The Human Clock

Haha, I love that part "... you must be joking, I mean, you're talking to the human clock here." But seriously, does anyone really believe that this dude was dating the hot daughter?? Come on, he was a submarine repairman!!! Hehe, Enjoy!

First off I just want to thank Hoot for letting me join as a contributor. I am so glad that he started this blog so that we can share our stories, pictures, and videos of our Horizons adventures. It has actually been a long time since I have taken a look at the pictures and videos, and now that we are going thru them again it is really helping bring back all the great memories of what we did. :)

Anyways, on with the show. I thought I would continue on with the last few posts about the SeaPort area and show a few more shots of it. The first one is a pretty neat view I think, it is from up on one of the many catwalks looking down thru the 'holes' in the sets, all the way down to the sea floor. You can see the Sub Repair Room, then the room thats just on the other side of the Undersea Resort (restaurant) with the Sub on the floor, and then of course you can see the sub on the sea floor.

The second shot is basically from a ride vehicle of that floor just underneath the Sub Repair room and next to the Undersea Classroom and just on the other side of the wall of the Undersea Resort (restaurant). In the distance you can see thru the triangular window, the single guy just about to order his tasty lobster. And if I remember correctly there is another triangular style window hidden just behind that purple colored beam in front of the sub, that you could see the dining black couple.
