Let me sleep, for my soul is intoxicated with love and Let me rest, for my spirit has had its bounty of days and nights; Light the candles and burn the incense around my bed, and Scatter leaves of jasmine and roses over my body; Embalm my hair with frankincense and sprinkle my feet with perfume, And read what the hand of Death has written on my forehead.
Let me rest in the arms of Slumber, for my open eyes are tired; Let the silver-stringed lyre quiver and soothe my spirit; Weave from the harp and lute a veil around my withering heart.
Sing of the past as you behold the dawn of hope in my eyes, for Its magic meaning is a soft bed upon which my heart rests.
Dry your tears, my friends, and raise your heads as the flowers Raise their crowns to greet the dawn. Look at the bride of Death standing like a column of light Between my bed and the infinite; Hold your breath and listen with me to the beckoning rustle of Her white wings.
Come close and bid me farewell; touch my eyes with smiling lips. Let the children grasp my hands with soft and rosy fingers; Let the ages place their veined hands upon my head and bless me; Let the virgins come close and see the shadow of God in my eyes, And hear the echo of His will racing with my breath.

This saddens me greatly. My deepest condolences to Chief's family and friends, and to Hoot. I wish I could have thanked him personally for allowing me to relive some of my best memories of WDW. He selflessly shared his spirit of adventure with all of us. Thank you Chief.
I'm so sad to hear this news, Hoot. Following the adventures of you and Chief was more than a fun pastime for me. I found your blog shortly after I lost a job back in 2009 and it was a really hard time for me. Following and participating in this blog was something I very much looked forward to each day during those depressing times. I am very glad that I had the chance to meet Chief in person the night my wife and I came to Orlando to hang out with you guys back in 2010. It was at Taste and Kyle's band played there that night. Julie and I sat with Chief for for awhile and he gave us a few more insights on the awesome times you and he had back at EPCOT. It's tragic that he's gone but he brought a bit of adventure and happiness to many of us and he won't be forgotten.
I am listening to Horizons EPCOT - Ultimate Music Tribute on YouTube which prompted me to check in on Mesa Verde Times. Such sad news to see that Chief lost his life at such a young age. He dared to explore Horizons and shared this nostalgic gift with the world, bringing smiles to so many of us.
I have just read the sad news of Chief's death. Your video adventures from Horizons are a great reminder of the ride. 1992 was my last ride. I am visiting Epcot again this December ,and so will certainly think of you guys when passing the old site. Thanks for the memories! RIP Chief.
I just finished reading through your entire blog in 2 or 3 sittings. As someone who never experienced Horizons this really brought it to life for me, and it was over far too soon. Chief is greatly missed.
Everybody needs to go for unwinding in the request to chop down their worry in a straightforward way. In any case, bunches of people are rendering the Pakistani Escorts services and that are somewhat increasing step by step as the interest of clients.
Thank you for all the memories.
