Happy Birthday Dear Davey Part 1.5

Here's a panorama we took without a flash. It's cool but it hardly documents the scene.
You'll soon be treated to another "Hoot and Chief True Life Action Comic" all about how Chief found his way into this scene and how his Grandmother's closet door revealed a secret.

  1. This scene always made me uneasy.

  2. That's because it was the ugliest friggin' baby ever. Anyone figure the lineage of this scene? Lots of people, but how do they all fit together?

  3. The uneasy aspect for me was that they made a cake for the baby but it was a hologram. He had his own cake complete with UFO but he would never taste the Space Colony cake that Captain Nemo made.

Jstone, he was sort of ugly but not any more ugly than the other AA figures. Like I said before this was the same baby (from the same mold) as the baby in Space Mountain's Home of Future Living. Just think, for two years these babies exsisted at WDW. Now they're both long gone:(

  4. Damn... you're right Hoot! The cake that "Hot Red" is holding would hang there before him, adrift in the ether, never to be tasted - only longed for. I guess I never realized that until now. See how valuable this blog is?

  6. This scene always bugged me because of the "with today's transportation we're just minutes away from our kids" line earlier in the ride. What, they couldn't spare an hour to go to the party? "Sorry, we're too busy taking complete strangers from the past on a tour"

  7. I hope noone thinks this is a plug for them, but someone at Skype has to have loved Horizons. Check out the part with the girl with the broken arm. Now there's MULTIPLE cakes she'll never get to eat!
